New font incorporates much better than pervious versions font. Red is over whelming this piece, take some blue from Santas' eye and use that for backround (it seems to be blue). Snow flakes seem odd against red, but dark blue would be good contrasting color to red on Santa, snow flakes, and typography. Typography seems rather cramped in that location, perhaps lowering to about an inch or so from bottom and resizing it slightly.

I'll look into different colors, I just got done looking at different color backgrounds, but I will continue my search for a better background color. Thanks for the crit!

Nice expression The pencil lines are too rough in some parts, you could maybe soften them (wrinkles, nose...). The sky should be darker and you should add more snowflakes IMO, it actually looks like summer sky

Diane's right, more snowflakes, darker background and smotther pencil lines... but this is much better than the previous version. I'm glad you reworked on santa, with darker colors and outlines. the other version seemed to pale IMO. This now looks like a complete work. The font is much more suitable to the context, although the previous green one was rather christmas looking, I prefer it now. You could maybe add stars to the background?
